We braided three chords together for our wedding...Aloria tugged it off of the wall and started sucking on it and playing with the tassels. She can't really hurt it, so I don't mind...and besides, I think it is cool she can take joy in the symbol of our love (and commitment)...after all, that's what she is to us...our love made flesh in the beautiful daughter we have, that is Aloria! How blessed we are! Okay, one of my first impulse buys for Aloria...I caved. I took her to work with me to pick up my check and by the registers they have stuffed animals with books that go with them. The money for these particular toys goes to charities or kids education, etc... So I was walking by them and I let her reach out and feel the furr. She grabbed it and held on like she'd never get another toy again!!! It was only five dollars and I had exactly that plus change for tax (that's that extra money tacked on to the original price that goes to our government...for you back in OR who may have forgotten what sales tax is :-) She really loves it...or did for the next two or three days. That's okay...that's sort of the way things go... Playing with daddy's water bottle at church...
